This watch strap embraces our cruelty free commitment and is proudly made from vegan grape leather!
Carefully selected with responsibility and durability in mind, this lower impact bio-based fabric is composed of 80% renewable materials, repurposing waste from the wine-making industry in Northern Italy and uses innovative techniques to process the mix of vegetal resins and water-based PU which are then handcrafted by skilled artisans into our watch straps.
As well as being animal friendly and free from solvents, no heavy metals or other harmful substances are part of the process of turning the grape marc of discarded grape skins, stalks and seed into our beautiful plant-based leather watch accessories. We have also chosen to minimise our carbon footprint by manufacturing locally.
