Returns & Exchanges

We offer FREE returns and exchanges on Australian orders within 10 days of delivery. To ensure a timely return or exchange, please try on your items as soon as possible. Use our returns portal to complete your returns or exchanges. All returns and exchanges are processed within 2 business days.

Exclusions apply to:
• Sale items under $50
• Opened/used beauty products
• Underwear and intimates
• Made-to-order items

International orders are eligible for returns within 10 days of delivery, but customers are responsible for return postage.
